I had the privilege of working with David and Leah after I was involved in a traumatic car crash, which was my first such incident. They provided exceptional support throughout the entire process, securing a great settlement for me and ensuring I received top-notch medical treatment. Additionally, they were able to give me a couple of advances, which helped ease some of the financial stress during recovery. Overall, I’m grateful for the help they provided and I’m satisfied with the outcome. However, the one thing that stood out to me as a downside was the communication. At times, I felt left out of the loop or confused about where I stood in the case. It would have been nice to feel more involved and informed throughout the process. Despite this, I still feel that the services I received were excellent, and I would recommend David and Leah to others. Overall, I’m giving them 4 stars due to the lack of communication, but their efforts in securing a great settlement and providing great medical care were greatly appreciated.
