I’d contacted William’s office this past Sunday, fully understanding that perhaps I may not get a callback until the next business day. My goodness, I was so shocked and thrilled to get a callback from William within just a couple of hours! Our friends were at the airport ready to fly home when they were taken away by TSA agents and we couldn’t understand why. William took down pertinent information and immediately got to work. I could tell he was working tirelessly to get answers because his communication skills were beyond amazing. I didn’t have to worry about not hearing from him at all. William Kroger has been a tremendous help during probably the most difficult time of my life. He was supportive and calming throughout the process and worked so hard to deal with my charges and the prosecution. Mr. Kroger will always have a special place in my heart and I cannot ever thank him enough for the effort he put into my case. My case was difficult due to me being an immigrant and my charges potentially being cause to deport me. Kr. Kroger worked with my former immigration attorney to get the charges down to a code that is not deportable and that I could live with.
