Doesn’t know his clients. Was telling me of a case that wasn’t even mine. Dealing with a case since 2021, said he would appear for me and didn’t. Got a warrant out for my arrest and told me to appear to court a certain day. They had no clue why I was there nor did he show up. Plead form was sent and didn’t happen. Case dragged on and now there was a plea done by him does not get in contact with you at all, you have to call his office to check in for him to call you back and sometimes take longer than the actual call just to hear from him. Still waiting on an “email” like his secretary said he would and have due dates coming up. Have to dig and make a bunch of calls to find out what I need to do. Complete waste of time. Almost 3 years and it has been a horrible experience working with Prentiss. 100% do not recommend.
This guy took 10k from us, never showed up for court , didn’t even contact us and set a meeting up after our court date. Threatens my wife all kinds of cease and desist jargon. Had to hire a real attorney to take our case. Noticed his replies to negative and truthful reviews put the review in a negative light. So , he gets 10k for doing absolutely nothing but cause mental anguish and help put is in further debt because we had to hire another lawyer. Real piece of work! Hmmm ,
Mr Prentiss was attentive and articulate as representation. His experience showed a confidence in his cadence. He was patient with the courts purposeful obtrusive behaviors designed to wear one down to a plea even knowing their innocence. Every penny well spent given the states insatiable desire for citizens income.
Mr. Prentiss appeared twice for me by filling in for another lawyer. He was extremely helpful and very professional. Cannot put into words how grateful I am for him being able to appear and go above and beyond to make sure that I had everything done and even made sure to appear again so that I would not have to. Reliable, caring, and professional are just a few of what his qualities are.
Mr . Prentiss is a great Attorney ! He made sure to keep me informed and most importantly he fought on my behalf . Me and my family are very thankful for Mr. Prentiss.
