I recently had the pleasure of working with Margarita for my estate planning needs, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the outset, the team was incredibly professional, making me feel both valued and heard. Their expertise in estate planning was evident as they guided me through complex legal processes with ease and clarity, ensuring I fully understood every step. What sets the firm apart is their attention to detail and the personalized approach they take to understand my unique situation. They were not only interested in the legal aspects but also took the time to consider my personal and family needs, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. Margaritas communication was exceptional, providing timely updates and always being available to answer any questions I had. It was clear that my best interests were her top priority, and she went above and beyond to ensure my estate planning was tailored perfectly to my needs. The peace of mind I have now, knowing that my estate is in order, is invaluable. I am truly grateful for the dedication and care this office showed throughout my estate planning process. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking thorough, compassionate, and expert estate planning services.

Margarita was supposed to be my Social Security attorney. We signed a contract stating she would be paid when I get approved, out of my back pay. This is standard and normal for Social Security attorneys. Margarita repeatedly used the fact that she hadn't yet been paid as an excuse to not do her job. She is very incompetent, continuously told me to contact Social Security directly even though when you have an attorney, they aren't allowed to speak directly to you and must go through your attorney! She also refused to help me get an appointment rescheduled because she just didn't think that having a previously scheduled appointment at the same time was a "good enough reason" to request a reschedule. When confronted about her incompetence, she just decides to drop the client, because she also lacks integrity. I'm happy to have found much better representation. ETA: Never screamed at or called anyone anything until after I'd already decided to leave, when Margarita's only and immediate response to being told she isn't doing something right was to end the contract.

I hired David because he seemed to know how to help with our custody case. Well he gave me a complete lie about what he was doing? We had a court hearing over the phone that he told us not to attend, saying there was no reason for it. It's just confirmation about going to court. During this hearing the judge ruled against the defendent and the defendent would not be granted overnights and nothing of overnighta could be adressed in the trial because he was denied and the right paperwork is to be submitted by the the defendent for his overnights to begin, this attorney didn't even notify us. And 3 days later we went to trial unknowingly, Where he questioned the defendent who committed perjury on the stand, because if David had done his job he would of found the paperwork confirming this. And then without notification to the the plaintiff he was representing he gave the defendent the start of overnights. The defendent in our case was to undergo physchiatric help which never happened. Then he was giving 2 overnights causing our case to fumble and the father finally being granted 50/50 since he didn't even defend the false allegations against the plaintiff. I gave this man over 15000 dollars to be ripped off. And lose the child.

This office knows how to take your money and they will even after your case has been closed. One of their cases was an elderly couple when the husband had severe dementia and the wife had a conservatorship for her husband. The elderly woman trusted Campbell & Clark to be respectful, honest and compassionate but she would find out later they were not. She had paid thousands of dollars to them and they essentially did nothing other than write up the paperwork and file it with the court when they first filed for the conservatorship. When her husband passed away she was called by a court investigator that told her she needed to print and fill out a form on the court's website( The investigator made sure she had the correct form by guiding her to the location of it before he hung up the phone) as well as the death certificate and turn it in to the courthouse and her conservatorship would end & she wouldn't have to do anything else. She did exactly what the investigator had told her to do and two days later she received a call from Campbell & Clark saying she had to bring them the death cert. & they had to file it not her.She purchased another death cert. and hand delivered it to the Campbell & Clark office & was told that was all she had to do and there would be no more unnecessary charges billed to her & her case would close. Then she received yet another bill from them for $2,000. They threatened her in the letter saying that if she didn't pay it they would take it out of her bank account. They had taken thousands of dollars from her already without doing much of anything for her at all and then they continue to harass her and threaten her after her husband passes away and they had told her that her case would be closed with them. They are still harassing her saying she owes them MORE money. She never missed a payment and she paid $5,000 as a retainer fee. I do not recommend these lawyers to anyone. This office will charge you for messages they leave on your answering machine as well. There comes a point when enough is enough, but they will not stop until they've taken every penny you have and you'll have to deal with the constant stress from their harassment and threatening letters being sent to you demanding you pay more money. A one star rating is too much for these lawyers but there isn't an option for anything less.It is very unfortunate that this office treats their elderly clients so poorly when their clients trust them and believe that they are going to help them through an already difficult and emotionally painful experience. My advice would be look elsewhere for an attorney that cares more about helping their clients instead of how much money they can take from their clients with the least amount of work on their part.I forgot to mention that the elderly woman who was their client in the case above is in poor health herself and can barely walk now but they made her do all of the foot work for them(obtaining documents, filing documents with the court, etc) then they have the nerve to tell her she has to spend more money to get more documents and bring the documents to their office so they can file them with the court so they could send her more bills. The court investigator she spoke with told her and her Grandaughter that all she had to do was fill out a form that is located on the court website & turn it in to the court. He told her once she had done that she wouldn't have to do anything else and her case would be finally closed. Campbell & Clark found out that they wouldn't be able to take more money from her if she filed the papers herself so they told her that the court investigator gave her false information and her case could not be closed unless they filed the papers. She did receive two letters that stated her case had been closed from Campbell & Clark and afterwards she received letters demanding more money.

We had a case involving an estate and without their assistance and guidance we would have never got through this. The case was eventually sent to Bankruptcy in another state, and Margarita Vienneau continued helping with the case, expedited matters and ended with a good resolution. She hung in with us, and did more than the Bankruptcy lawyers we had. Thanks to her and the wonderful staff at this Law Office! Highly recommended!!!
