Robert was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me with my DUI case. My experience with this attorney was very poor. He did not handle my case properly or professionally. He did not do anything he said he would. He did everything in his power to get as much money as possible with the least amount of effort. Find someone else to represent you!
Hired by my Dad. Worst mistake of my life. Total nightmare. My personal experience is this guy is rude, especially to women did not care about my case my situation I think because of the particular case that I had which involved my dad, so my dad paid this guy he’ll make a bunch of promises before you pay him and my experience was he never called me never updated me right away he told me going to do mental diversion or veterans diversion. He had me pay extra money to a psychologist, and then when we went to court, the court would not even allow what he had had planned for my case I never received the assessment from the psychologist I paid for it in October, we went to court a month later with no assessment. The experience I had with this attorney was worse than the case that I’m dealing with. He told me a jury would hate me and all kinds of things he told my husband that I was crazy because after you realize that somebody’s been paid so much money and they’re doing nothing whatsoever for your case and treating you like garbage with no communication whatsoever. Of course anybody under that amount of stress would be upset if you want an attorney I would recommend Greg Abbott.
Great people work here. Mr. Hamilton is knowledgeable and willing to share that knowledge with his customers. I had no idea what I was doing at all, or what to expect. I was a fish out of water. Thankfully both him and Lisa made sure that I walked out with understanding of the process. They gave me grace with my shortcomings and confidence that everything will be fine. I appreciated the time he spent with me today and the great amount of patience he had for me! Thank you both for your help.
Mr. Hamilton helped me through a very stressful time of a case on a boating accident on Shasta Lake. He put many hours of work into my case and was determined to get me through this.
