Michael went above and beyond what I expected from a lawyer. I had been rear ended, and ended up with an injured back. He was up front about everything I would need to do and helped me every step of the way. He worked for 3 years to get my case settled. He was always available for questions and kept me apprised of how my case was going. I am very grateful for all he did. I have recommended him to a family and friends. Michael is a great attorney who is very knowledgeable and great to work with! I was rear ended driving back from school and after submitting the insurance claims, their settlement offer wasn't even close to what I deserved. At the time I was only 17 years old and my brother was the one who helped me get connected with Michael. From that point forward, Michael got me the treatment I needed and made the process so much easier. He always updated me on the status of the case and would always reply back to me quickly with any questions I had. Michael ended up getting me much more than I expected. Michael was very easy to work with. I have been fighting with the insurance providers (mine and the one who hit my little brother's truck) for a while. They kept trying to lowball me until I said I didn't have time for this and talked with Michael. Michael said that he takes a percentage of what we get from the insurance. I like this because to me it means that the attorney will fight for you. After all, the more you make the more the attorney will make. Michael got my little brother more than I expected even after all expenses. I defiantly recommend Michael if you like a nice easy process and real help with expenses caused by an accident. I was involved in an accident with a semi-truck. I had retained a local attorney who dropped me as the accident was not cut & dry and would involve work. I reached out to Michael, during our first meeting I explained situation and Michael did not hesitate to take my case. He was so kind, empathetic and listened to me as a person, not just dollar signs. I went from feeling abandoned to feeling secure knowing he cared about me as a person and would fight for me and he did not disappoint me at all! He backed that trucking company insurance down when they offered a low amount. I watched him go from kind and gentle man to a great white shark against the trucking company insurance agent!
