My opinion is solely based on my experience. As a new attorney trying to navigate the endless paperwork requirements to form my corporation correctly, I realized I would need help. A quick Google search and phone call later led me to their office. From the beginning, the staff was organized, understanding, and professional. After speaking with Attorney Gale during my first consultation, I was given honest advice and all the information needed regarding the process and compliance requirements for forming my corporation. The staff was prompt in starting the process and explained everything. They explained every detail of what I could expect next, which I appreciated since I was nervous about the process. Throughout the last few weeks, I have repeatedly mentioned to the staff how impressed I was with how each office member I had contact with was so organized and professional. I kid you not when I say I can only hope my office will run as efficiently and professional as what I've experienced. I'm still a bit in disbelief that within just a few weeks, I went from searching the web for help to having my corporation appropriately filed with the state, filed with the IRS, a complete corporate handbook, a bank package, an accountant package, state bar application package, and other compliance requirements. Each of these is sent in separate PDF formats, making it easy to organize. Oh, and they also inform you about other compliance requirements that I would otherwise not have known. I'll tell you the real kicker in all this: the cost. The cost was not only reasonable but well worth it. I now have a new corporation that meets all the compliance requirements and is backed up by an office of individuals who really do care to help. That is a winning combination.
