John made sure I not only understood how every part of the process works but a good idea of what to expect at every stage of the process. I've never had a lawyer but was worried the experience would leave me wondering on my own more- with John that wasn't the case and the most pleasant and clarity granting parts of my whole experience were seated across from him or by him discussing the process of my legal case. Each step of the process had him explaining what's next and what they'll be doing so well that I had very few if any questions after each meeting despite me being the type to really pry into a process to understand it.
