I had just lost my husband a few months before I was in a hit-and-run accident. My car was totaled. I was pretty banged up nothing serious but pretty banged up. It took some time to hunt down the insurance company as they kept assigning me to new, different agents. Then after a year or so stopped taking my calls and no calls from them. It took a trained team of attorney's to hunt it down a settle the claim. It's been 3 years since the traffic accident and just got the last check.
