I've been waiting for more than 4 years and the day I went in to sign a contract with them my lawyer said as soon as your done paying I promise you, you will have your visa everything seemed so good! It's 2024 and still nothing! I tried doing the u visa, payed and did everything they asked for and they never even got the report from the police I had to call and ask why was it taking so long and one of the helpers said because they had to pay to get the report so I told them, "well I paid 600 dollars and you guys can't send 5 dollars in to get the repot?! " i was upset so I waited a little longer and called again. still the same response so I decided to cancel the u visa and decided to go with my normal contract. I asked if I can get those 600 dollars back since nothing was done and they stated they couldn't give them back. I let that go and just finished paying over 10 thousand dollars not to long ago. Still with no visa! The biden law came in I called to ask if I qualify and they said yes. So they set up an appointment to help me with that. Unfortunately when they called I was never informed that it can fall through they just said it's a good opportunity and if I wanted to change my contract so I did! Worst decision ever! If I would have known there was a chance it was going to fall through I would have stayed with my original contract. Now I am out $2,100 and I have to pay 1500 again to continue my original contract. I wish they would have told me to begin with but every time I call and ask to speak to my lawyer I have to wait 4 weeks and I get a call from someone else that can't even tell me what I need to know or he will just give me wrong information. I need my lawyer to have someone that has more knowledge to call me if he can't! I am still waiting to see if they will leave my payments lower than 100 since I was told that even though I wasn't informed I still have to pay to continue my contract. I know they are probably going to say no to me again and it's not fair this is very frustrating I've done everything they've asked of me the least they can do is help me and work with me as well. I am tired of hearing from helpers and saying the same thing overtime they call! They don't look at the notes or they don't take notes like they say they will because still waiting for the second time after calling again for a phone call. And every time I call they say oh I don't know what your waiting on a call for? I have to repeat myself and reason again.
Extremely satisfied with the service. Always very professional. They quickly identified my situation and helped me out accordingly. Reading all the comments make me realize everyone has gone thru the same situation we started the process in 2020. I’ve paid them in full & that’s when I went off on them. They didn’t file my moms petition until last year. Every time I call I always get the someone will call you. I sure hope my mom gets help. She deserves everything and more. I only came to them because my cousin had a great feedback but I am not getting the same treatment. I do hope I am wrong and they actually get the job done 😓
Our experience with this office has been HORRIBLE!! Mistakes after mistakes after mistakes!! Most of the people that handle the cases are only assistant to parallegals and they don’t know what they’re doing!! When you go at the beginning of your case, they will treat you like a king! More likely because they see you as NEW MONEY coming in to their office but after you signed the contract with them, all of that goes away! You couldn’t even get a hold of them anymore!! I’m talking about after you have paid them thousands of dollars already!! They only care about your money!! A simple task takes them forever to do that makes your case takes even longer! We regret it so bad using this HORRIBLE office!!
I have a fiancé with these people and let me say they are not worth it , she calls to schedule an appointment then they say they will call back later and never do this has happened countless times. Also not to mention Eric price is not a certified in the state of California, only by federal law therefore he should not be performing such practice here in California. He also owes much child support , his firm constantly chargers more and more money with very little progress. To sum this review up do not go to this firm , they will waste your time.
