This Law office has been used by my family for going on 4 years now. They specialize in family law and do an excellent job with Family Trusts and Wills. Personally my mom passed in 2017 and it was time to renew some information. Well , long Story short, we have other issues that will be changing as well. My dad and I went in to make the necessary first changes which would cost around 500. Before attending the appointment I reached their office and told them of the the other possible changes that are also in motion. They were Fantastic! Instead of taking our 500. And charging more down the road. We were advised to cancel our appointment all together. Apparently our changes would require a whole new draw up of our Trust. Therefore a full Trust fee. Her point is, save your money for what is required than wasting it. Most lawyers wouldn't care and have charged twice. I highly recommend this efficient and mindful savvy lawyers office. Update: I am sorry to say that I am rather disappointed with advice given recently. When told to basically let everyone " fight it out " as advice, I tend to disagree. Trusts and Wills are made to avoid that very case from happening. Update: Philip M. Flanigan is definitely an exceptional Trust attorney who I must give my gratitude and appreciation to. He not only took the time to reach out to me to understand why I left my last updated review but listened and also gave me the opportunity to understand that unfortunately when a client isn't firm enough with their wishes, a new implementation cannot be attained. For those that have a POA or Trust that are in need of additions or exclusions, be sure to do so when clear of mind and with concisvness. The Law Offices of Philip M. Flanigan has proven to be highly professional and yet completely down to earth.
There was no charge for the consultation. He also did not rush us threw our consultation.Mr. Flanagan is very knowledgeable,walking us through the steps for probate. He answered all our questions. I liked that he gave us the option if cost vs. Equity was it worth going threw probate.
