There was a young girl in the front with purple hair and she was very helpful. Asking me if I needed any water or coffee and showing me where the bathroom was. As soon as my family met this guy Jacob he was such a jerk. He was not very helpful. He was the worst lawyer I can say I’ve ever met in my entire life. I didn’t like the way he talked to his staff as if they were beneath him. Working in an office as a team means working together WITH potential clients. To top it off he was on his phone the entire time while we were talking and it was social media!

We left our number on the website. We walked into the office on Whittier Blvd at 8:40am, signed in only to see a person looking at us from the copy room. They never asked if we needed help, any questions etc. My wife and I decided to leave after 15 minutes. After we left her phone starts getting call backs while we’re driving. I just got off the phone with an agent from the 310 phone number on the website and she was about as helpful as a condom with a hole in it. Taking our business somewhere else. I have no idea if this review reflects the individual who was present and just looking at us or the firm as a whole that chooses to work with people lacking initiative to engage possible clients.
