I was hit by a car 6 months ago on my bike, fortunately not badly injured. But not nothing. Darren, my attorney at Cohen Law Partners listened to my story, ascertained that the driver was at fault, and said I could get a settlement, which I hadn't really considered. It just didn't seem like I was injured enough. But a friend referred me and said he'd had a great experience with them. I said I wasn't too concerned about a settlement so much as navigating the insurance, paying the medical bills (ambulance!), running down and managing the paperwork and just the time-suck of it all. I'm extremely busy and didn't want to deal with the hassle after being hit and dealing with the bruises and soreness too. Darren said they would handle it and they did.
